Our Story
“She slid into my DM’s…” — Samsara
A Linkedin message turned into coffee. Coffee turned into wine and all of this turned into a genuine friendship. Fast forward to now, Co Founders, building Innher Circle together.
Samsara and Zana were both in the early stages of launching their companies. They connected over a shared reality, building from the ground up.
“It was so refreshing meeting someone in the trenches too. Someone who really got trying to balance big goals and all the ambiguity in between.” — Zana
What started as honest conversations, support, and shared advice became the inspiration behind Innher Circle.
Innher Circle is a space designed for women in business to have real conversations and to find community. A place built for genuine connection, substance and depth.

Samsara Powley-Doreen
Samsara is the founder of Bound, a boutique recruitment agency where her craft is ‘connection’. By connecting the best talent into industry she has organically built a network of talented women. It was these meaningful connections that inspired the creation of Innher Circle.
“I would be naive to think a women in business forum is a new concept. What I believe Innher Circle can offer, however, is a genuine sense of community. We strive to create a space where women can be vulnerable, workshop challenges together, openly share experiences, and leave having gained something of real value.
The way I met Zana was such a beautiful example of this and now we are building something special together, while wholeheartedly cheering each other on from the sidelines. A testament to what we hope Innher Circle can offer others”. -

Zana Renton
Zana is the founder of Dear, a premium event experience platform that automates the entire lifecycle of an attendee’s journey. From digital invitations to RSVP tracking and guest communication, everything lives in one seamless, user-friendly dashboard.
“I had no community when I stepped into the entrepreneurial world. I was fortunate to know a few people whom I reached out to and helped me get through the door at networking events. While I will always be grateful for that, I noticed something missing, there was a strong sense of women’s empowerment, but little real follow through or tangible value.
As a first time founder, that gap is crucial.
After connecting with Samara on LinkedIn through shamelessly promoting my business, an unexpected yet genuine connection formed. It reminded me how powerful supportive female relationships and community are ad ultimately inspired the action of Innher circle.”
